Yes. The call, our homework before it and the written plan cost nothing, and you keep the plan whether or not you work with 77 AI Solutions. If you want us to build it, the quote comes with the plan. Nothing is billed until you accept a written quote, and there is no deposit for the audit.
How long does the free AI audit take?
About 40 minutes of your time: one 30 to 40 minute call on WhatsApp or video. We spend time before the call looking at your website, Google profile, social pages and stores, and after it writing your plan. The written plan and quote arrive within 7 working days of the call.
What do I need to prepare for the audit?
Nothing, beyond knowing roughly how many enquiries you get a week and which tools you use. No logins, files or customer data are needed for the audit. If you accept the quote afterwards, we send a short list of the access we need, such as WhatsApp Business admin and your price list.
What happens to what I tell you in the audit?
Your answers are used only to write your plan and quote. We never sell or share them, we delete the notes 3 months after the call, and you can ask us to delete them sooner. How we store the notes and which tools help us draft the plan are set out in our privacy policy.
