Who is responsible for your data

77 AI Solutions (company number IP0624861-P) decides how the data on this website is used. We are registered in Malaysia; our address is available on request. For anything about your data, email solutions@aisolutions77.com.

We do not run advertising trackers. If we add website analytics later, this page will say so and name the tool before it is switched on.

Marketing emails

When you register for the free AI visibility check, you tick a box that lets us run the check and email you the report. A second, optional box lets us send occasional emails about our services; leave it empty and you only get the report. The legal basis is your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. We keep you on the list until you unsubscribe or until 24 months after the last email you opened, whichever comes first. The list is held by Mailchimp.

Who else handles the data

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions on our account, and runs the Turnstile check that keeps bots out of the forms.
  • OpenAI, Perplexity and SerpApi (for Google AI Overviews) receive the questions we ask about your business during the free AI visibility check. They see your business name and the questions, not your email.
  • Google, only if we add analytics later. This page will be updated first.
  • Claude, made by Anthropic, helps us draft audit plans from your audit notes. A person checks every line before it is sent. Model training on our Claude account is switched off, so Anthropic does not use these notes to train its models.
  • Mailchimp holds the marketing list: your name and email, and whether you opened an email.

On automation projects your data stays in your own accounts: your Google Sheet, your WhatsApp Business, your email. When an AI model reads a message to draft a reply, we use business accounts whose terms exclude training on your data. Nothing is sold or shared.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Free AI audit notes: 3 months after the call, then deleted.
  • Free AI visibility check data and reports: as set out in the AnswerSeen privacy policy, which this check runs on.
  • Marketing list: until you unsubscribe or 24 months after the last email you opened.
  • Server logs: as long as Cloudflare keeps them under its own terms.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within one working day, Malaysia time, and delete within 14 days unless we have a legal reason to keep something. Unsubscribing from emails is one click in any email.

This policy follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. Wherever you are, including the EU and UK, consent for marketing emails is a separate tick from consent for the report, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Big changes are also mentioned in the next email to the list.
