How quotes, projects, payment and responsibility work when you hire 77 AI Solutions. Short, because the quote carries the detail.

Who these terms are between
77 AI Solutions (company number IP0624861-P), registered in Malaysia, and the business named on the quote. Accepting a quote in writing, by email or WhatsApp, accepts these terms.
Quotes and price
- A quote is valid for 30 days from the date on it.
- The project price is fixed in the quote. It covers what the quote lists: what we build, what you check, timeline and exclusions.
- Anything outside the quote is a change request. We quote it separately before any work starts, and you decide.
- Monthly services, such as AI visibility, are billed as stated on their page or quote and can be stopped at the end of any paid month.
What you own
You own the delivered code, the prompts and settings written for you, and all data in your accounts. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and tools that are not specific to you.
What we do not promise
- AI output is not guaranteed. You choose how replies go out: a person on your side approves each one, or the AI answers 24/7 from your own list, or a mix. The quote says which, and who on your side is responsible.
- We do not guarantee that ChatGPT, Google or any other AI engine will name or recommend your business, or how fast. We report what changed each month.
- Third-party tools (WhatsApp, Google, OpenAI and others) can change their terms, prices or behaviour. We will adapt the work where we can and quote any change that costs real time.
Your part
You give us access to the accounts the quote names, answer questions within a reasonable time, and keep a person responsible for the list the AI answers from and for any approvals the quote names. Delays on your side move the timeline by the same amount.
Payment
Payment terms are on the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise: 50% deposit before work starts, 25% after you accept the draft work, and the final 25% before delivery.
Responsibility
Our total liability for any project or service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be limited.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work done up to that point at the quoted rate, and we hand over what exists at that stage.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute goes first to mediation, then to the courts of Malaysia.
